I love pasta, I eat it a minimum of once a week (usually twice) but it doesn't always leave me full and can be loaded with tons of calories. Watching Hungry Girl on the Food Network I was inspired to try her simple swap for a filling, low cal, pasta dish through this recipe I just made a few swaps!
Start by pouring a 1/4 cup water in a skillet, then pour half the bag of broccoli slaw on top. Stir it around for about 6 to 7 minutes, just long enough for the broccoli to soften up.
Once the "pasta" softens up pour on some of your favorite pasta sauce- we all know my favorite is the Arrabiata from Rao's Homemade- and let the sauce warm up.
Pour the yummy dish into a bowl, sprinkle on some parmesan cheese and enjoy!!
