Hi! I'm Britt, a closet curator and fashion professional in Phoenix, AZ. I'd love to share my background and my process to clean out and update your closet to reflect your personal aesthetic.
I was born in Amsterdam and grew up in Paris, France (yes, it was incredible), until I moved to Chicago at 14.
After graduating from the Illinois Institute of Art - Chicago with a bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing and Business Management, I became a store manager for Kate Spade. They relocated me to New York to open the Hudson Yards flagship boutique below the Tapestry office. I worked with Creative Director Nicola Glass, and watching her edit the window displays was magical.
Nothing beats my last role in New York when I became the Assistant Manager of Retail Excellence for Versace.
The highlight? Being a part of the team that traveled to Los Angeles for Versace's iconic FW '23 Fashion Show. I supported the team in-store as we styled celebrities like Tan France and Antoni Porowski from Queer Eye (they were so kind). I even brushed elbows with Anne Hathaway as she walked to her seat. I was finally ready for warmer weather and moved close to my family in Phoenix, AZ.
